Background:

Mr. Rajeev Kumar Gupta born on 29th Jan 1974 is a soft-spoken, versatile dynamic man equipped with strength of character. He belongs to a family of Educationist and Industrialist based in Delhi, his father Shri. R. K. Gupta is in export business and his mother having multi dimensional personality with modern vision sees modern India, standing on the threshold of a new tomorrow, needed the strong roots of its culture, its spiritualism, its moral strengths anchored firmly while spreading its branches in the fresh and fragrant air of technological progress and development. Besides being a sound academist he is creative and forward looking person who possesses keen interest to collect and preserve the rare old stamps, coins and other unique antique items from past heritage.

 

Work Experience:

Mr. Rajeev Kr. Gupta entered into the field of education in 1998 with the establishment of Institute of Management Studies-Noida. He carries the prestigious position of being “The President” of Institute of Management Studies, Noida and IMS Law College Noida. The Institute’s campus is spread in 5 acres. His determination, verve and fire to impart diversified education can be assessed by the growth rate of his Institute. He believes in theoretical knowledge supplemented by practical learning from identify fractious. The prestigious award was given by the Union Minister of New & Renewable Energy, Dr. Farooq Abdullah. IMS Noida has been ranked A+++ in the field of management studies by the BUSINESS SPHERE magazine.
Mr. Rajeev Gupta is the lone recipient of the award in the field of education from Noida. The glittering function was held at Ramada Plaza on the evening of 28th July, which was also attended by the guest of honor Mr Harish Rawat, Minister of State Labour and Employment. The Chief Guest Dr Farooq Abdullah and the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Dr. Ramesh Pokhariyal ‘Nishank’ gave away the awards to the achievers from different fields.

In an award function held at Delhi’s Constitution Club on Wednesday, 30th Sept, 2010, Mr. Jay Prakash Agarwal, Member of Parliament and Delhi Congress President gave the prestigious award to Mr Rajiv Gupta. Mr Parth Pratim General Secretary of Indian Achievers Podium, announced IMS Noida as the best B-School in Delhi NCR region and said that IMS Noida had started as a management institute but now they are imparting higher education in different fields like law, journalism and mass communication and information technology also.
 
  1. ‘All India Achiever’s Conference’ presented ‘Indian Icon award’ to IMS President Mr. Rajiv Kumar Gupta on Monday, 27 December, 2010 at the seminar ‘Individuals and nation building’ held at Delhi’s Hotel Claridges. He was given the award by President of Anti Terrorist Front Maninderjeet Singh Bitta and famous actor Raza Murad.
