The Quotient Team
Vaibhav Varma, Director, has been associated with production of short-duration documentary films since 1997. Wide ranging work experience with ANI/Reuters Television, Channel NewsAsia, Singapore and NDTV in areas like reporting and direction, scripting and copy editing have groomed him towards taking on any fact-based film production assignment with a keen eye for quality and detail. Vaibhav is also an English newscaster at All India Radio, broadcasting regularly on the national network.
Bhushan Kumar’s experience as a cameraperson extends over the last 18 years. Working with production crews from networks worldwide – ARD, Germany; RAI TV, Italy; BBC, Reuters and others have sharpened technical skills as well as creative talents. Bhushan has worked on over 200 features including corporate films, educational films, tourism-related films and ad campaigns. He was handpicked by Reuters for several assignments including ‘Tsunami, Nagapatinnam’, ‘Mahakumbh, Allahabad’, ‘Upheaval in Nepal’ and others. Bhushan follows technological updates closely.
Video editor/animator Inder Chhetri has worked on non-linear editing platforms and technologies for the last 8 years, virtually since the advent of the technology in India. Environmental issues, education and ad films have been his forte with a client line up including Gili Diamonds, Unitech Builders and Earth Foundation (NGO). Inder has also taken on several high profile live switching assignments in TV networks. He switched live for telecasts of proceedings in the Lok Sabha.
